ESTONIA. Tallink Grupp’s Silja Line brand is marking its 65th anniversary by making exclusive products and special food & beverage options available onboard five of its ships.

Passengers travelling on the ships Silja Serenade, Silja Symphony, GalaxyBaltic Princess and Silja Europa will have access to special products including chocolates by Fazer and Kalev, Helsinki Dry Gin Silja Line 65 Gin by Helsinki Distillery and Lignell’s Café Congnac Liquer.

The ‘Silja Line 65’ exclusive wine products available to shoppers include white wine Steininger Grüner Veltliner Ried Kittmansberg Erste Lage; rosé wine Annabel de Chateau Puybarbe; red wine Bottega Amarone della Valpolicella II Vino Degli Dei; sparkling wines Bottega Prosecco DOC Brut Accademia White and Bottega Prosecco DOC Brut Accademia Blu; and champagne Boizel Brut Reserve.

Up until 4 October, passengers using selected F&B facilities onboard the five ships will also have access to a Silja Line 65 special three-course menu with highlights including prawn cocktail toast, fillet mignon and fresh strawberries with white chocolate and ice-cream.

Also available to passengers is a Silja 65 anniversary cake – a rich chocolate brownie with blueberries and blackcurrants (pictured below) – has been created exclusively for Tallink Grupp by the Turku-based bakery, MBakery. There is also a Silja Line 65 special cocktail made with Bols Blue Curacao available from the ships’ bars.
